Governing law & jurisdiction
For consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom: The law of the consumer's country of residence applies. Mandatory consumer protections (including 14-day right of withdrawal, EU Distance Selling Directive) are observed regardless of choice of law.
For all other customers (including B2B and US consumers): Agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative consumer arbitration procedures.
