Is Diaz Editor open source?

Diaz Editor builds on Pascal Editor, which is MIT-licensed. The additional modules (2D CAD module, license system, branding, integrations) are proprietary under the Diaz Editor EULA. The MIT-licensed core means the underlying engine remains usable even if Diaz Atlas disappears.
