✓ Founding-beta (€99) waiver: the Founding-beta has a separate EU 2011/83 waiver. At Founding-purchase you explicitly accept that the 14-day refund right expires once you activate the license. Reason: at this price point (€99 for product with €500-5,000 list price) it's anti-fraud. Read details in the EULA.
How to request a refund
Direct purchase (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy)
- Email juan@diazatlas.com within 14 days of purchase
- Include: order number (in welcome email), license key, reason (brief)
- Refund processed within 5 business days (typically <48h)
- Money back on your payment method in 3-5 business days
Marketplace purchase (AppSumo)
- Request refund via the marketplace itself (their support, not Diaz)
- AppSumo: "My Account" → "Orders" → click on deal → "Request refund"
- Marketplace sends webhook to Diaz → your license is automatically deactivated
What happens after refund
- Your license is deactivated within 24h
- Existing projects stay open — we don't block your work
- Exports + save are disabled
- Auto-updates stop within 24h
- You receive a refund-confirmation email in NL/EN/ES (per your locale)
When no refund
- Founding-beta after license-activation (see waiver above)
- Direct purchase after 14 days (EU consumer right expires)
- Marketplace purchase after 60 days
- Fraud (stolen credit card, chargeback abuse) — license revoked immediately
