Stacking marketplace codes
What is code-stacking?
AppSumo / DealMirror / PitchGround sell Tier 2 + Tier 3 deals as multiple codes. Redeem each code separately at diazatlas.com/redeem with the same email. The system sees the match and automatically increases your seat-count.

Step-by-step stack flow
- Redeem first code at diazatlas.com/redeem. Enter email + name. You get a license key via welcome email.
- For 2nd code: go to /redeem again. Paste new code + exactly the same email as 1st time.
- Backend sees same email → seat_count auto-increases. No new license key — you keep the same key.
- You receive a stacking-confirmation email with new seat total.
- Open Diaz Editor → menu License → Manage seats → see total seats + all stacked codes.
Team rollout
One license key works on N devices (where N = seat_count). Each device fingerprints on first launch.
- Send the license key + welcome email to each teammate
- They paste the key on first launch via menu → License → "Enter key"
- Their device shows up in your "Manage seats" list
- Revoke: "Manage seats" → click "Revoke" next to a device (frees a seat for someone else)
Seat limit reached?
When activating an N+1 device without free seat:
- Automatic: oldest device inactive ≥30 days drops automatically
- Manual: revoke a device via "Manage seats"
- Stack-up: buy an additional code on the marketplace and redeem it for +N seats
Common errors
"Code already redeemed"
The code was redeemed before (by you or someone else). Check welcome emails or email juan@diazatlas.com with the code to investigate.
Second code doesn't add seats
Usually: different email used. Check your inbox — did you receive 2 different welcome emails? Then 2 separate licenses were created. Email support for merge.
Seat-count is wrong in the app
Local cache. Quit Diaz Editor fully and restart. Or: menu → License → "Refresh status".
